Caitlin has been a Maui resident for 11 years with a passion for exploring the world, has been fortunate enough to visit 44 countries and 44 states. Her adventurous spirit has led her to become a tour guide on Maui, where she has taken guests on thrilling experiences, from ziplining through the North Shore’s lush trees to guiding them through the bamboo forest, teaching them about the flora and fauna and even encouraging them to cliff jump and rope swing into the refreshing waters of Nailiilihaele Stream.

Caitlin’s love for the ocean had been a Scuba diver for 22 years. This has led her to become a sailor on a private sailboat, where she takes guests on unforgettable experiences during the winter months, when the Humpback Whales migrate to the islands. She has been driving our beautiful Road to Hana for three years, sharing the magic of the North Shore and East side with her guests. She creates personalized itineraries to ensure that each group has the best possible adventures. Over the years, the people she meets on the Road to Hana have become like family, and it has become her most traveled path while on Maui.

Caitlin’s passion for sharing information about Hawaii’s flora and fauna, culture, favorite dishes, storytelling, marine life, and the native language, Ōlelo Hawaiʻ, shines through in everything she does. She feels like she gets to be adopted by a new family every day she works and creates cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
