Lunch
Lunch is à la carte for all tours. We can arrange for delicious sandwiches from Hana Picnic Lunch (includes a sandwich of choice, chips, a fresh-baked cookie, and a drink for $25/person) or kosher picnic lunches from Maui Kosher Farm (we need at least 7 days' advance notice for kosher picnic lunches).
Meeting Point
The meeting point for all private tours is in Kahului at 7:30 am unless another arranged time has been agreed upon. The address and directions will be given at the time of booking.
Hotel Pick-up/Drop-off Information
If you have no means of transportation to our meeting point in Kahului, we would be delighted to provide you with pick-up and drop-off services. We extend our guests the convenience of transfer services to hotels, condos, and residential areas. Please note that our pick-up and drop-off services come at an extra cost for the South and West Sides. Kindly refer to the pricing details below.
General Pick-up/Drop-off Price information:

- $250- pick-up/drop-off Napili/Kapalua

Farm Tours Only: Pick-up/Drop-off Price information:

Cancelation and Refund Policy
We REQUIRE a $250 deposit (plus tax) to secure your tour date. Full payment must be made within 7 days of your scheduled tour. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or US checks for payment. If the tour is canceled for weather-related reasons due to a State Road Advisory, we will try to accommodate your group on an alternate day. If we are unable to accommodate your group, we will give you a full refund.
If your tour is canceled at the guest's request within 48 hours for any other reason we will refund the tour balance minus the $250 (plus tax) deposit.
Since many people are very excited to go on tours with us, we can no longer provide full refunds for tour cancellations 7 days prior to your scheduled tour (unless there is a Road Advisory and we cannot accommodate you on another day).
If you cancel outside of 7 days you will receive a FULL refund.
